Stanground Cardea Sports Reserves vs South Lincs Swifts Friday 25th April 2025 19:30 kick off

The Saturday Reserves wrap up the season on Friday night with a chance to win the Peterborough Junior Cup.

In the final it's 3rd vs 4th in Division 3 as we take on South Lincs Swifts.

ROUTE TO THE FINAL

Stanground Cardea opened their Junior Cup campaign back in August with a 5-2 win over Kings Cliffe. The second round was a 2-1 victory over Uppingham Reserves.

In the quarter finals Stanground Cardea defeated Stamford AFC Reserves 3-2 with a solid performance.

The semi final was huge 9-0 demolition of Hampton United A with both Rob Ames and Josh Staggs scoring hat-tricks.

South Lincs route began with a couple of wins over the top teams in Division 4, Thorpewood and ICA.

The quarter final was a convincing 4-1 win away to Division 3 winners Wittering FC.

A tight 2-1 semi final win over NXT Gen FC saw Swifts through to the final.
