Cardea would have needed a point in their last game of the season versus Farcet United but the draw between the teams in 2nd and 3rd sealed the title without the champions having to kick a ball.
It is the second title in two years for Cardea, following on from their successful debut season last year when they won the PSMFL Division 3 title.
Joint manager Craig Robinson commented: "Massive congratulations to everyone involved in Cardea. Back to back titles is an awesome achievement.
"Implementing a new formation and style of football was my plan pre-season and it clicked and the lads have responded superbly to the changes. I'm one very chuffed manager right now. We can all go and enjoy Sunday's game and I'll even be playing my self for half hour! Then let the champagne explode! CHAMPIONS."
Manager and chairman Kev Webster added: "A massive thank you to all the lads for all their hard work this season. Congratulations on winning back to back leagues. Those of you that was with us from the start you can vouch for how far we have come as a team.
"Next season we look to make it 3 out of 3. Enjoy last game of the season. Won't be long before I have you back on the pitch preparing us for the next challenge."
Cardea play their final game of the season against Farcet United this Sunday at Queen's Park, Yaxley with celebrations to be held at The Whittle pub after the game.
