After a scrappy opening 25 minutes Cardea finally took control of the game. Klinkovics cut the ball back from the left to find Ryley Nicholson-Barfoot in the area who took a touch and finished with confidence.
It was 2-0 two minutes later, Josh Staggs found Nicholson-Barfoot who made no mistake with the finish for his second of the game and his 16th goal in the last 5 games.
In the 37th minute Holbeach conceded one of the most bizarre own goals you will ever see. Staggs crossed the ball in looking for Ryley in the box but the Holbeach defender lashed home an unstoppable effort, under little pressure, over the keeper and into the top of the net.
Two minutes later Cardea had four. Nicholson-Barfoot's shot from outside the box was parried by the Holbeach keeper and Mark Rayment was there to tap in the rebound.

Five minutes into the second half Cardea scored their fifth. Max Woods sat the defender down on the right and his cross was perfect for Cam Hibbins to head home.
Holbeach pulled one back in the 59th minute with a superb strike from 30 yards dipping into the top corner.
But the comeback didn't last long as man of the match Woods again provided the assist with a pass through the middle to Cam Hibbins who faked his way past the keeper and tapped into an empty net.
Holbeach reduced the deficit to four from a free kick but Cardea saw the game out for the three points.
