Cardea FC play in the ChromaSport Peterborough & District Football League - Division 1

Saturday football began for the club in the 2016/17 season in PDFL Division 4 and started positively, securing promotion to Division 3 as runners up.
2016/17 saw a new management team take the helm and this provided further success for the club, being crowned Champions of Division 3 and promoted to Division 2.
The 2018/19 season saw Cardea finish 3rd in the league and gain promotion to Division 1.
The Covid-19 pandemic ended the 2019/20 season early and Cardea were promoted to the Premier Division using PPG finishing 4th in the league.
After a couple of Covid affected campaigns Cardea won the 2022/23 Division 2 title and will play in Division 1 again in the 23/24 season.
